An effective support is an essential part of our service. Depending on the Tiwix edition, there are different support levels.
Personal edition support
Email support is included over the first month. Please contact us at the following address: support@tiwix.com, don't forget to include your account name.
Professional edition support
Email support is included over the entire contract's duration. Please contact us at the following address: support@tiwix.com, don't forget to include your account name.
Phone support is included over the first contract's month.
Remote support (through a desktop sharing software) is included over the first contract's month.
On site support can be set up on request, and only if one of our partners is close to your location.
The documentation is integrated in the application. Almost every form field has a detailed contextual description.

Customization (e.g. invoice templates, data modification) are invoiced on a hourly basis or as a forfait, depending on the circumstances and the client's needs.
