An User has only access to his own data, while an Administrator has access to the whole database and can configure the whole application.

An active User (or Administrator) is an User that can log into Tiwix and can rergister hours and expenses. An inactive User can have his hours an expenses in Tiwix, but cannot log into Tiwix and add new ones. For example, it is possible to disable an employee that leaves the company.
